Immigration

We are concerned about immigration because immigrants are our neighbors. They work to feed their families, contribute to the economy, and pursue better lifestyles for themselves and their communities. We are concerned that when families are torn apart at the border, travel bans are placed on specific countries, or refugees are denied asylum, the livelihoods of the next generation are put at risk. On the other hand, we believe that when DREAMers are able to pursue their educational goals or a neighbor earns their permanent residency, new opportunities arise for all.
